The other nice thing about the announcement of Marjorie Liu coming on to Astonishing is that it spoils that Kyle makes it out of the new Alpha Flight series alive and still in a relationship with JP. It means I can officially stop caring about the rest of that trainwreck, as nothing that can happen in it will be important enough to affect my headcanon.
